We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Soli purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time within 15 days of receipt. Please email hi@soliessentials.com to initiate a return or exchange. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
