Lavandula Angustifolia L. is a perennial bushy shrub with fragrant linear leaves. The glands that contain essential oil can easily be observed in the leaves when under a microscope. This 'Maillette" variety is grown in France and England. It is said to have been introduced by Pierre Grosso who found the variety growing in an abandoned field in the Vaucluse region.

I'm not a newbie to Essential Oils as my little oil cupboard is full! This is the best Lavender I have ever used and I use it a lot! I diffuse this every night at bedtime with Soli White Grapefruit which helps me to fall asleep. I love all three Lavenders from Soli as Lavender is the King of oils! I can also tell how very pure Soli Oils are! Thank you for such a Great and Pure product!!! I'm hooked on Soli!!!
